Vårgrønn completes acquisition of Baltic 2 offshore wind farm

Reference is made to the press release on 7 November 2024 where Vårgrønn announced that it had signed binding agreements to acquire 100% of PGGM Infrastructure Fund’s shares in the 288 MW Baltic 2 offshore wind farm.
