This Privacy Notice provides information about how Vårgrønn AS (in the following referred to as “Vårgrønn” or “we”) processes personal data and your rights to have your data corrected and/or deleted.

When you use our website and/or are in contact with us either as a supplier, or to order items from us, or in any other way, Vårgrønn AS may process personal data concerning you. In the following you will find information about the personal data that we process, why we process these data, and your rights in connection with data processing.
Vårgrønn is the data controller as defined in the Norwegian personal data regulations implementing the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We store any information that you send directly via e-mail, or enter in the contact form, so that we can provide you with the best service possible. We draw your attention to the fact that enquiries that you send via e-mail are not encrypted. For this reason, we ask you to refrain from sending us confidential, sensitive or other restricted information either by e-mail or on the forms you complete on our website.
You can change your mind at any point and withdraw your consent. You have a right to know what personal information we have stored, to have that information updated/corrected, to request restriction of specific data, to object to processing and in certain cases to have the information deleted from our systems. The website runs on Webflow. No personal data is stored in Webflow, and no cookies are set by using our website. Upon using the website, a session cookie will be installed in your browser. This is a required cookie, which stores information about device type, browser and screen resolution. No other cookies are set by our website.
You may use our website without providing any personal data. If you do so, no personally identifiable information is stored.
If you submit a contact form on our website, the information you provide will be stored in a database on Webflow’s servers. Vårgrønn has signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Webflow, in accordance with their recommendations.
We use Plausible for analytics data. Plausible is a cookie-free analytics tool which does not collect any personal data or personally identifiable information.
We do not use pixels or other tracking tools connected to ads or social media platforms.
Vårgrønn does not store and/or process any personal data collected through our website, except in the case where you submit a contact form.
For data submitted via contact forms, the data will be retained for the period of time needed in order to follow up on your request and, if applicable, for further communication related to your request. You may at any given time ask us to delete your information by sending an e-mail to privacy@vargronn.com. When you ask us about information about your personal data, or to modify or delete your data, we are obligated to respond as quickly as possible, and no later than one calendar month after we receive your enquiry.
For customers and suppliers, we retain contact person's personal data for as long as it is necessary to meet the purpose for which the data were first acquired. For example, we may store your personal data to fulfill our legitimate business purposes, to fulfill our contractual obligations or if required by law or regulation. If you want us to delete information about you, we will of course comply, provided that we are not obliged to continue to store said information, e.g. in order to adhere to local accounting or bookkeeping requirements. This means that we may retain certain personal data for a longer period after your relationship with us has ended. Any personal data collected with consent as legal basis, will be deleted if you withdraw your consent, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We will delete your personal data at the latest when there are no longer any legal or regulatory requirements or legitimate business purposes that require us to retain them.
We do not collect, store or process any data through our website, except in the case where you submit a contact form.
The data submitted to us via contact forms (name, email, phone, message) is stored only as an e-mail sent to the recipient for any given form. The recipient address is not listed on our website, as different forms have different recipients. Your form data may be forwarded to employees in Vårgrønn for further processing.
No, Vårgrønn does not use automated tools for profiling and processing personal data.
