Our 2022 Annual Report marks our first annual- and sustainability report. Sustainability is core to our business. In our new report, we set out our ESG strategy, sustainability ambitions, our progress so far and our next steps. We are reporting with reference to the GRI Standard, the most-widely used standard for sustainability reporting globally.

“2022 marked the start of a new chapter of Vårgrønn’s story. We entered the year as a start-up and closed it as Norway’s largest pure-play offshore wind company,” says Vårgrønn CEO Olav Hetland.
We are committed to continuing to publish annual reports in forthcoming years, and we will work to further develop our sustainability reporting in the next reporting periods.
In addition to GRI, we plan to prepare for implementing reporting according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) frameworks.
